The UV Flatbed Printer is a high-precision, efficient, and high-speed digital UV flatbed printer. The UV flatbed printer uses UV curing ink and digital inkjet technology to achieve high efficiency and good printing quality. It can be performed on any material surface. Modern printing technology innovations that are unmatched by color printing and other printing equipment. Below, the editor will tell you about the maintenance skills of the nozzle of the UV flatbed printer.

The problem of clogging of the nozzle of the UV flatbed printer during use is mainly "prevention-based". The best way to maintain the best working condition of the nozzle is that you do some proper and effective daily maintenance on the nozzle every day, which will greatly reduce the possibility of nozzle clogging, so please read the following carefully and refer to the operation.

1. After the installation of the equipment is completed, and the maintenance of the nozzle at the beginning of the equipment is started

1. In order to make the nozzle into the best operating state, before the equipment officially begins to undertake the production business, please be sure to print as many pictures as possible in 1 to 2 days. The pictures are best used in CMYK4 colors, and in the picture Both sides must be added with C, M, Y, K4 color bars to ensure that the 4 nozzles are always in the inkjet state.

2. It is best to take out the moisturizing sponge in the rightmost cleaning station together with its bracket when printing.

Second, how to maintain the nozzle after the daily work is completed

After all the print jobs are completed every day, in order to keep the nozzles in the best working condition and avoid clogging the nozzles due to the evaporation of the solvent ink, please maintain the nozzles overnight after the nozzles are maintained as follows.

1. Power off the device.

2. First clean the moisturizing sponge with a special cleaning solution, and then pour the cleaning solution on the sponge to make it soaked.

3. Move the machine head back to the cleaning station at the right end and tightly combine the nozzle with the moisturizing sponge.

4. Keep this state and let the equipment stay overnight.

Third, the treatment method after the nozzle is slightly clogged

1. After the nozzle is found to be slightly clogged during the printing process, press the PAUSE key without hesitation to pause the print job, and then use a vacuum cleaner or a manual air pump to make the ink spray from the nozzle for nozzle cleaning. Spray some cleaning liquid on the nozzle surface to wash off the residual ink.

Note: Do not use excessive force when using the manual air pump, otherwise the nozzle will be damaged due to excessive pressure.

2. Handle decisive and thorough nozzle clogging in a timely and decisive manner is very important to maintain the best working state of the nozzle during the long printing process!

3. In addition, it is also necessary to carefully check the condition of the nozzle and find the cause of the nozzle clogging.

Fourth, the processing method when the nozzle clogging occurs frequently during the inkjet printing process

1. First press the PAUSE button to pause the printing operation, then press the PURGE button to move the machine head to the leftmost cleaning position.

2. Keep the power of the device turned on, and unplug all the signal lines of the liquid level sensor connecting the auxiliary ink tank to the control panel of the machine head.

3. Unplug the ink supply tube (from the secondary ink tank) on the nozzle, and then use a glass syringe to extract the special cleaning solution to clean the nozzle. Method: use 40ml of cleaning solution each time, once every 10 minutes, a total of 3 to 4 times .

4. Reinsert the signal lines of the ink supply tube and the liquid level sensor after cleaning, and then continue the previously suspended print job.

Fifth, the above treatment methods have little effect or temporarily no effect

1. Remove the nozzle from the nozzle tray.

2. Pour an appropriate amount of special cleaning solution into a clean glass container (eg, beaker). It is appropriate to submerge the bottom of the nozzle by 2 to 3 mm after placing it in the nozzle, and then seal the glass container with plastic wrap (anti-ash) and let it stand for 1 More than days.

Note: Do not touch the cleaning fluid at the top of the nozzle, otherwise it will damage the nozzle.

3. After the nozzle is soaked, pour the appropriate amount of special cleaning liquid into the printer nozzle cleaner, and then immerse the bottom of the nozzle into the cleaning solution for about 2 to 3mm, then start the cleaner, select the special nozzle cleaner, if you use general The ultrasonic cleaner must strictly control the time to prevent damage to the nozzle.

Note: It is not necessary to use the cleaner for more than three consecutive times.

4. Use a glass syringe to draw 40ml of special cleaning solution, and inject it from the ink supply tube connection on the upper part of the nozzle. Pay attention to observe the state of the water line ejected from the nozzle. If all the water lines are straight, it means that the cleaning is effective. This nozzle You can continue to use it (premise: both the circuit and the piezoelectric crystal are intact). If there is still a part of the waterline that is skewed, you must follow steps 2 and 3 for 2 to 3 times.

6. The treatment method when the equipment is expected to be temporarily not used for more than 48 hours

If the equipment is not expected to be used for more than 48 hours, the ink in the nozzle must be cleaned, otherwise the ink in the nozzle will dry due to the gradual evaporation of the solvent, and it may even cause irreversible damage to the nozzle. The processing method is as follows:

1. Turn off the power of the UV flatbed printer.

2. Move the machine head to the left-most cleaning position, and put a corrosion-resistant container under the nozzle to hold the cleaning waste liquid.

3. Use a glass syringe to draw out or pour out the ink in the secondary ink tank directly, and then clean the secondary ink tank with a special cleaning solution.

4. Unplug the ink supply tube (from the secondary ink tank) on the spray head, and then use a glass syringe to draw 40ml of special cleaning liquid to clean the spray head, a total of 2 times. Finally, don't blow off the cleaning fluid remaining in the nozzle, you must leave enough cleaning fluid inside the nozzle, because the cleaning fluid can play a moisturizing effect on the nozzle.

5. Put the treated spray head in a clean corrosion-resistant container and seal it (it is good to use plastic wrap). It can be stored for about 1 month. If you want to store it for a long time, you must pay attention to the seal. If the cleaning solution is dry, it will damage the spray head. .
