2. Add different batches of ink at random, or use inks or cleaning fluids that are of poor quality. Mixing inks of two different configurations will change the color and quality of the ink. The ink with the poor quality will affect the printing effect and clog the print head. The cleaning liquid with a bad quality may corrode the print head.

9. Use an ultrasonic cleaner for a long time to clean the nozzle. In fact, if you always pay attention to the maintenance of the nozzle, ultrasonic cleaning is not necessary at all. Ultrasound can cause adverse effects on the print head. However, if the blockage is severe and ultrasonic cleaning is required, the maximum cleaning time is 3 minutes. If there is no feeling of cleaning at one time, wait for the nozzle to naturally cool down to normal before performing a second wash.
10, pay no attention to ground equipment safety. The printing of uv flatbed printers is greatly influenced by static electricity. Therefore, it is necessary to constantly connect the grounding equipment and periodically sprinkle a little salt water around the ground wire.
